ImpaqtLab
Terms
These terms cover this website. They are not the agreement for a build, and nothing here is an offer to contract.

What this page covers, and what it does not
This page governs your use of impaqtlab.com. That is all it does.
A build is a separate matter. If you go ahead with one, it is covered by a written agreement between you and us that sets out what is being built, what each side supplies, what it costs and when it is handed over. That agreement is the one that binds. Nothing on this website is that agreement, nothing here replaces a term of it, and if the two ever disagree, the signed agreement wins.
This site is operated by [the registered company name, its legal form and the State it is registered in], a business run from Florida in the United States.
Using the site
Read it, print it, send it to someone. That is what it is for. What you may not do is narrow and obvious:
- Attack it, probe it, or try to break into any part of it.
- Scrape it at a scale that costs us money, or repackage it as your own.
- Copy the design, the copy, the illustrations or the logo into a competing offer.
- Use the form to send anything unlawful, or to pretend to be someone you are not.
We can block access if any of that happens. That is a practical measure rather than a legal one, and we do not need to warn you first.
The form is an enquiry, not an order
Sending the form starts a conversation. It does not buy anything, does not book a slot, does not reserve a place in a queue and does not commit either of us to anything. We will reply with a build plan and a quote, and you decide from there.
We can decline an enquiry, and we do not have to say why. Being able to say no to work that is not a fit is what keeps the work we do take honest.
Please give us a real email address and an accurate answer to the two questions beside it. A quote built on a wrong answer is a quote we both have to redo.
Prices
The prices on this site are our current list prices: $2,997 for a Starter build, $7,997 for a Professional build, then $197 per month for Care, or $60 per hour, one hour minimum without a plan. They are shown in US dollars and they exclude any tax that applies where you are.
They can change. A price on this page is not a quote and it is not held open: the figure that counts is the one on the quote we send you.
[How long a quote stays valid once we send it.]
What is in each build is described on the pricing table on the home page. It is a summary written to be read quickly, not a specification, and the build agreement is where the detail lives.
What you own
The promise this business is built on is that the build is yours. You own what we make for you and it goes in your name, not ours. We do not hold your accounts hostage and there is nothing to cancel to keep what you have paid for.
[The precise wording for ownership, licence and handover, taken from the build agreement.]
Platforms we build on
A build runs on software other people make. Most of it runs on GoHighLevel, and you buy that subscription yourself so the account is in your name from the first day.
Those platforms set their own prices and their own terms, and they can change either without asking us. We do not control them, we cannot promise they will stay as they are, and their subscription is not part of our fee. What we can do is build on them properly and fix what breaks when they change underneath you, which is what a Care plan is for.
What is on this site
The text, design, photographs, illustrations and the ImpaqtLab name and logo are ours or are used with permission. The screenshots and photographs are real work, and they belong to the people in them.
Where we name GoHighLevel on this site, the name and any mark belong to its owner. It is named because it is the platform we build in and the account is yours, and naming it is not a claim of partnership, sponsorship or endorsement.
What we do not promise
Nothing on this site is a promise of a result. We build infrastructure: a site, a funnel, a CRM and the automations that connect them. What that infrastructure earns depends on your offer, your audience, your pricing and your own work, and none of those is ours to control.
So there is no revenue figure on this site, no conversion rate, no ranking claim and no case study implying either. Where we show a real build it is one of our own, not a client's, and the page says so. Nothing here is legal, financial, tax or marketing advice.
Availability
We aim to keep this site up and correct, and we will not always manage it. It can go down, it can be changed, and pages can be removed. This is a marketing site, so nothing you rely on should depend on it being reachable at a particular moment.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. That is true whatever the rest of this clause says.
Beyond that, and to the fullest extent the law allows: this website is provided as it is, and using it is at your own risk. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for lost profits, lost revenue or lost data, arising out of your use of this site. Nothing on this page caps anything owed to you under a signed build agreement; that agreement carries its own terms and they are the ones that count for the work.
If something goes wrong
Write to us first. Almost everything that looks like a dispute is a misunderstanding that one email fixes, and we would rather fix it than argue about it. Give us thirty days to put it right before taking it any further.
Which law applies
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws rules, and any dispute about this website belongs in the state or federal courts sitting in [the county], Florida. This is about the website. A build agreement says what it says, and if it names a different law or a different venue, it wins for the work it covers.
Changes
We can change these terms. When we do, the date at the top changes with it, and the version on this page is the one that applies from then on. A change here never alters a build agreement that is already signed.
Ask us
If anything above is unclear, or you want to know how it applies to you before you send the form, write to us and a person will answer.
